Dear Leaders of The Warehouse,
I represent the staff of Hikari-con, a charity event currently being organized. Our objective is create a family friendly environment where we can raise awareness of the current crisis in Japan and educate the community about the colorful culture. By doing this, we will collect donations to send to Japan relief funds. However, we first need to secure a location. Being that the entire staff is composed of high school students, we could think of no better place than your establishment. We hope hope to meet with you this Friday, May 6th around 4:00 PM. I am very sorry for the short notice - I have been trying to contact you since last Sunday, but it seems your phone is disconnected. Please reply soon to the e-mail I've provided so we can further discuss this matter. Thank you very much for your time.
